Common Questions

Do my employees need email addresses or account logins?
No. With kiosk mode, employees clock in and out using a unique 4-digit PIN on a shared tablet. They don't need email addresses, passwords, or personal app accounts.
Can I export hours for payroll?
Yes. Export timesheets as CSV, Excel, or PDF. Punch Charlie is a time tracking tool — you or your bookkeeper import those hours into whatever payroll system you already use.
Is there a mobile app to download?
No app store download required. Punch Charlie runs in the browser. Install the kiosk on a shop tablet, and manage timesheets from your phone or computer.
